March 15, 1981, DJ Stubben wrote her check to purchase a little newcomer service in Amarillo, Texas. The business grew because of so many wise community, professional people. In 1981, Welcome Pardner hand-addressed about 50 newcomer envelopes to now, hand-stuffed packets with great offers from area sponsors to approximately 6,000 business professionals and residents in Amarillo and surrounding 26 counties!!Welcome Pardner bought the 2nd retail-sold PC in 1982, started working with the USPS for the best deals on mailing services, bought the 2nd website sold, paid many nonprofits organizations to stuff the envelopes as fellowship-fundraisers… until COVID changed that with social distancing.
