National Loyalty Day is observed annually on May 1.
This day is set aside for the reaffirmation of loyalty to the United States & the recognition of the heritage of American freedom.
Loyalty … two way street. If you’re a member of a civic club, church group, any non-profit to serve others, do your best to participate as you agreed when you joined.
If you’re in charge of a civic club, church group, any non-profit to serve others, do your best to involve your members. Communicate with them as they really want to help, or wouldn’t have joined. People want to feel their time is valuable. If they leave, ask them why. Their answers might be a solution in re-growing the group.
