AISD and NewsChannel 10 Partnership!!!

I wanted to tell everyone about an exciting Partnership that NewsChannel 10 and AISD is bringing to the marketplace.

KFDA- NewsChannel 10 is partnering with Amarillo Independent School District to offer time on KFDA 10.2 – NewsChannel 10 Too – to support continued at-home learning and provide greater access to educational resources.
AISD’s Secret Classroom premieres Tuesday, May 5 on KFDA NewsChannel 10 station 10 Too. Aimed to help At-Home Learning for pre-K through 3rd grade, the Secret Classroom is part of AISD’s In Sync program to partner with parents in the education of young learners. The original program, developed by AISD curriculum and communications teams, is taught by AISD teachers. Each episode includes the same lessons in math, science, writing and literacy that children would be learning in the classroom.

AISD’s Secret classroom airs Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m. on KFDA NewsChannel 10 Too, with encore episodes Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m., beginning May 5. NewsChannel 10 Too can be found FREE over the air with an antenna at 10.2 and on Suddenlink cable channel 6 as well as on the other area cable systems on varied channels. The lessons will also be streamed every Tuesday and Thursday at 10am on NewsChannel 10.com (Desktop, mobile and app) and in our ROKU, Fire TV and Apple TV apps.

We hope this service helps our kids and parents through-out the entire panhandle.
