50th Neonatal Reunion at Northwest: On Saturday, Sept. 21, the Northwest Texas Healthcare System Children’s Hospital is hosting a 50th anniversary Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) reunion on the hospital lawn. The Northwest Children’s Hospital was established in 1974 and has the largest NICU in the northwest Texas region. Former patients and staff are invited to the celebration. “We look forward to reuniting the medical professionals with their former patients and families. It is such a special occasion when we can learn more about the lives of our patients who were so tiny when we last saw them,” said Children’s Hospital Director Lindsay Mosley in a press release. “We hope they will join us and share in this special occasion.”
