Our 2026 Bike Night Series Finale is here! Stop by Lone Star Powersports in Amarillo on Thursday, July 30th for a fun evening of bikes, food, music, giveaways and more activities! Live music provided by Boss Texas Band. We will have Judy’s Dawgs & Burgers on-site with delicious food! Mechanical bull rides available for $5 provided by Mucho Crazy Toro. Our Indian Motorcycle Riders Group Chapter, the Panhandle Renegades, will be on site to answer any IMRG related questions for those of you looking to ride with a group. All makes and models of bikes are welcome.
The Christmas in October Holiday Market in Amarillo, TX, is scheduled for Friday, October 24, and Saturday, October 25, 2025.
The event is a gift and craft show hosted by Sharing Hope Ministry at the Amarillo Civic Center Complex in the South Exhibit Hall
- Location: South Exhibit Hall, Amarillo Civic Center Complex, 401 S. Buchanan St., Amarillo, TX 79101.

- Friday, Oct. 24: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
- Saturday, Oct. 25: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Admission: Weekend admission is typically $8.00 at the door (Cash, Credit, or Venmo); children 12 and under are usually free.
- Highlights:
- Shopping: Over 100 unique booths featuring home décor, boutique clothing, jewelry, and handmade items.
- Bake Sale: Known as the largest bake sale in the Texas Panhandle, featuring decorated cookies, cakes, pies, and specialty mixes.
- Special Events: Past years have included a “Ladies Night Out” VIP shopping event and photo opportunities with Santa.

National Night Out Day on the first Tuesday in August promotes police-community partnerships in neighborhoods across the country. Our weekly storytime will be located in a new and exciting spot in the Discovery Center for your littles to discover during your visit. Start your morning with a story and spend the rest of the day exploring our amazing exhibits! This program is included with admission or a Discovery Center Collective membership.
NATIONAL ROOT BEER FLOAT DAY
On August 6 we celebrate National Root Beer Float Day to tell us to float a scoop of vanilla ice cream in an ice-cold mug of frothy root beer. The classic beverage creates a creamy treat loved by generations! #NationalRootBeerFloatDay
Catholic Charities of the Texas Panhandle Education Services invites you to the Honor Roll Open Golf Scramble to be held August 6th, 2026 at Ross Rogers Mustang Course to support services including, but not limited to, English Language Instruction, Youth Education Services, tutoring for GED and Citizenship preparations. 4-man team registration is $600 which includes lunch and all course fees. Don’t miss your chance to purchase raffle tickets: 5 for $100, or $25 each. Top prizes include a 3-night stay in Nashville, TN, a 3-night stay in Savannah, GA, or a $1,000 gift card. You do not need to be present to win!
