- Shopping: Over 100 unique booths featuring home décor, boutique clothing, jewelry, and handmade items.
- Bake Sale: Known as the largest bake sale in the Texas Panhandle, featuring decorated cookies, cakes, pies, and specialty mixes.
- Special Events: Past years have included a “Ladies Night Out” VIP shopping event and photo opportunities with Santa.

The Korn Ferry Tour is coming to Amarillo for the Occunet Classic presented by Amarillo National Bank, June 11–14. Spend the day watching rising PGA TOUR stars compete while celebrating the spirit of Route 66 in the heart of the Texas Panhandle.
On June 11, the course gets a Route 66 twist with a special Elvis themed day. Dress as Elvis and receive free entry to the tournament.

- On the East Texas Route 66 Bus Tour, enjoy a day filled with, quirky Route 66 attractions like Britten Leaning Water Tower, and landmarks of deep cultural significance such as The Cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. The journey includes stops at iconic spots like the Jerricho ghost town, Devil’s Rope Museum, and a delicious lunch at the historic Conoco Tower Station and U-Drop Inn. The tour includes a happy hour and live music at The Big Texan.

Dream Maker Station, located at the Midpoint of Route 66 in Adrian, Texas, is excited to team up with the Tin Can Tourists Route 66 Centennial Caravan. The Tin Can Tourists Caravans will come from the east and from the west to meet in the middle, right here in Adrian, Texas.
Around 70 vintage trailers are expected, some pulled by vintage tow vehicles. Dream Maker Station will host a “Texas” BBQ during their arrival. Serving Pulled Pork, Potato Salad, Cowboy beans, dessert, and a drink. The Tin Can Tourists Caravans will start arriving at 8am and departing at 1:15pm. Join us for this Centennial Celebration Event to enjoy the nostalgia, great food and amazing people.

The Tin Can Tourists are bringing 80+ vintage trailers to celebrate the Route 66 Centennial. Join them for a parade starting in downtown Amarillo to The Big Texan RV park.

On June 11, Paramount Recreation Club invites guests to an immersive Route 66 Mixology Class from 5:30–7 PM. Led by our master mixologists, guests will craft three Route 66–inspired cocktails while enjoying thoughtfully paired small bites—an elevated, hands-on experience designed to celebrate the spirit of the Mother Road. Tickets are $45 per person.

Music in the Gardens is a summer concert series hosted out in the Gardens every Thursday night through June, July & August. The gates open at 6pm and the concert is held from 7pm-9pm. Bring your lawn chair or picnic blanket and enjoy an evening surrounded by the Gardens beauty and wonderful music.
