High school students from across Amarillo and Canyon will be competing to solve challenges presented by local small businesses. SPEAK UP FOR SERVICE DAY
Speak Up For Service Day on October 30th recognizes the importance of young people to be actively involved in community service. Too often, the good deeds of young people go unnoticed by their communities. Speak Up For Service Day gives recognition to the overlooked. It serves as a reminder to tell others about the contributions of young people to their communities.

On October 31st, National Doorbell Day will have doorbells ringing more than any other day of the year. This date was specifically chosen to coincide with Halloween, the single day of the year when residential doorbell’s ring far more than any other time, thanks to trick-or-treaters. #NationalDoorbellDay

An 11-month a year event for Welcome Pardner sponsors, honorees (First Responders, For & Nonprofits and Random Acts of Kindness award recipients). RSVPs REQUIRED (for sufficient seating and food, catered by Teddy Jack’s)! Cost is $10 + tip at Teddy Jack’s payable to upon arrival.
