National Tackle Kids Cancer Day on September 15 gives you a chance to be part of the cure for pediatric cancer research. Join other Tackle Kids Cancer supporters by volunteering to rally our community and raise the needed funds for pediatric cancer research. #TackleKidsCancerDay
The Christmas in October Holiday Market in Amarillo, TX, is scheduled for Friday, October 24, and Saturday, October 25, 2025.
The event is a gift and craft show hosted by Sharing Hope Ministry at the Amarillo Civic Center Complex in the South Exhibit Hall
- Location: South Exhibit Hall, Amarillo Civic Center Complex, 401 S. Buchanan St., Amarillo, TX 79101.
- Dates & Times:
- Friday, Oct. 24: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
- Saturday, Oct. 25: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Admission: Weekend admission is typically $8.00 at the door (Cash, Credit, or Venmo); children 12 and under are usually free.
- Highlights:
- Shopping: Over 100 unique booths featuring home décor, boutique clothing, jewelry, and handmade items.
- Bake Sale: Known as the largest bake sale in the Texas Panhandle, featuring decorated cookies, cakes, pies, and specialty mixes.
- Special Events: Past years have included a “Ladies Night Out” VIP shopping event and photo opportunities with Santa.

10 Million Bites of Joy
Hello!
I wanted to share some information about Nothing Bundt Cakes’ upcoming 10 Million Bites of Joy celebration! TODAY, Tuesday, September 15, Nothing Bundt Cakes will celebrate National Bring the Joy Day.
This special day is part of a nationwide initiative focused on bringing our mission to life by spreading joy throughout the communities we serve. To celebrate, the first 300 guests at each Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery will receive a FREE Confetti Bundtlet, while supplies last. No purchase is necessary, and Bundtlets will be available in person on a first-come, first-served basis.
National Bring the Joy Day is part of the larger 10 Million Bites of Joy campaign, a six-week celebration where Nothing Bundt Cakes bakeries across North America are working together to share 10 million bites of cake through giveaways, community events, sampling, fundraising, and other special moments.
The goal is simple: bring people together, spread joy, and give our communities another reason to celebrate! We’re so excited to be a part of this celebration and to Bring the Joy to our local community! 🎂

Participants will step into the world of someone living with dementia through simulated changes in vision, hearing, and touch—gaining a better understanding of the confusion, anxiety, and isolation they may experience.
