Heatwave of Hope is a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children in foster care across the seven counties Amarillo Area CASA serves—Armstrong, Briscoe, Carson, Hutchinson,Swisher, Potter, and Randall.
This year marks our first-ever Bingo Night, bringing together community members for an evening of fun, prizes, and purpose. While guests enjoy the excitement of the game, every card played and every shout of “BINGO!” helps raise funds to support CASA’s mission of advocating for children who have experienced abuse or neglect.
On Saturday, Delta Sigma Theta will host the Lisa Cherry Health Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the AmTech Career Academy, located at 3601 Plains Boulevard.
We’re meeting it where the paint is peeling.
Live painting happening in real time. Vendors set up like little signal fires along the way. Art being made, traded, passed hand to hand while the road keeps breathing under us.
This is an underground market on the Mother Road. Not curated. Not quiet. Not careful.
Just people showing up with what they make and letting it speak.
No map. No guide. No clean version of the story.
Just neon grit, open air, and whatever we build together that day.
Market opens at 10 am.
