Join Us for National Law Enforcement Suicide Prevention Day Walk
Date: Friday, September 26, 2025
Time: 6:30PM-8PM
Location: Amarillo Police Department, 200 SE 3rd. Staging in the north parking lot across from the police department. (Please park in the east parking lot at 3rd and Fillmore.)
As part of National Suicide Prevention Month, we invite you to participate in an awareness walk dedicated to supporting our law enforcement officers across the United States. Our brave officers face critical incidents daily, and it’s essential to acknowledge the mental challenges that can arise from these experiences.
Let’s unite to break the stigma surrounding mental health in law enforcement. Remember, it’s okay to not be okay, and reaching out for support is a sign of strength. This event is about camaraderie, solidarity, and building a strong community.
All are welcome! We encourage you to bring your friends and family.
Hydration station and delicious food trucks will be available to keep everyone refreshed!
T-Shirts are available to purchase by using our QR code. All proceeds will go to benefit officer wellness.
Let’s come together to support one another and raise awareness for those who protect us.
