Tri State Fair Parade! The community comes together for the official opening of the annual Tri State Fair. Lots of community leaders, nonprofit groups, schools and beautiful, creative floats. Parade starts at 11th and Polk going north to 3rd Avenue, going east past the Amarillo Civic Center. Can’t attend? It’s broadcast on NBC4 Live!
