Good Afternoon Everyone,

Please help us pass this information to agencies and families of young adults with disabilities. We are having a workshop on medical transition, and I would love to have a full house of parents and young adults learning skills and information from Dr. Carmen Purl of Dumas, TX.

She will present how to prepare your adolescent as they age out of pediatric care and move to adult health care.
