We are excited to invite you and your family back to one of Amarillo’s favorite traditions, The Big Cheese Cook-Off!
For over a decade, The Big Cheese has been bringing our community together for good food, friendly competition, and a whole lot of cheesy fun! From local restaurants and cook teams to families and friends, this event is about more than just mac-n-cheese. It’s about coming together to support the children, families, and individuals who turn to The Hope & Healing Place for comfort, connection, and support as they navigate grief.
A Few Big Changes This Year!
We’re doing things a little differently this year, and we want to make sure you know before making plans to join us!
Only 100 general admission tickets will be available this year, and NO tickets will be sold at the door!
That means all tickets must be purchased in advance by October 22nd. Once those 100 general admission tickets are gone, they’re gone!

The Big Cheese is all about bringing our community together for a great cause! From delicious mac-n-cheese creations and friendly competition to activities for the kids, there’s something for the whole family to enjoy.
Whether you’ve been joining us for years or this will be your first Big Cheese, we can’t wait to share another memorable event with you!
