| We are excited to invite you and your family to one of Amarillo’s favorite traditions, The Big Cheese Cook-Off. Mark your calendars for Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 6–8 p.m. at the Rex Baxter Building at the Tri-State Fairgrounds.
For more than a decade, The Big Cheese has brought together restaurants, teams, and families for a night of mac-n-cheese, fun, and community spirit. Every bite supports grieving children, families, and individuals who find healing at The Hope and Healing Place.
Family at the Center
This is a night for the whole family. Along with endless mac-n-cheese samples, kids can explore our Kids Korner with Story Bridge and Howard Farms Pumpkin Patch, filled with fall fun. There will be plenty to keep little ones busy in between bites.

- When: Tuesday, October 7, 2025 – 6 to 8 p.m.
- Where: Rex Baxter Building at the Tri-State Fairgrounds
- Tickets: $30 for adults. Kids 13 and under get in free with an adult ticket purchase.

You can also donate to our mission, by purchasing “Never Cook Again” raffle tickets. This raffle will include over $1,000 in gift cards from local restaurants.
The raffle tickets are on sale now through the day of the event, the drawing of the winner will be at the event. No need to be present. Tickets are $5 each or five tickets for $20, you can purchase below. |
