We are excited to invite you to our Path to Partnership Virtual Community Meeting on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. via TEAMS. Our guest speaker, Stephanie Williams, Host Home Coordinator for Daybreak Community Services, will share valuable information about the HCS and CLASS Medicaid Waivers and explain how parents and guardians can receive compensation to care for their adult children in their own homes.
We encourage parents, guardians, and anyone caring for individuals with disabilities to attend this informative session. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about resources available to support your family and loved ones.
In addition, I am currently updating the Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Resource Handbook and am offering sponsorship opportunities starting at $350 for a ¼-page ad up to $1,100 for a full-page ad.
