Memorial Day Holiday

Memorial Day is a federal holiday in the United States, observed on the last Monday in May, dedicated to honoring and mourning military personnel who died in service. Originally known as “Decoration Day” following the Civil War, it was established to decorate the graves of fallen soldiers with flowers and flags.

Usually all banks, post offices (and carriers) closed.
