Free Seminar and Luncheon for Women
The Lucille and Leo Caiafa, Jr. Center for Advancement has partnered with Goodwill Industries Career Resource Center to offer an Anger Management and Conflict Resolution Seminar and Luncheon at our location at 2308 SW 7th St, Amarillo TX on Saturday, March 22nd, 10:30am – 2:00pm. This event is FREE and open to any WOMAN in the community.
Join us for this FREE seminar for women and learn to recognize how anger affects your body, mind, and behavior. Learn to break old patterns and replace them with a positive approach. Communicate with other in a constructive, assertive manner. Discuss what conflict is and learn how it can escalate. Understand the types and stages of conflict. Learn the most common conflict resolution styles and how to use them. Discover how verbal and non-verbal communications speak volumes to others. Lunch is included.
