Limited Space Available for New Cooking Teams

We are just 50 days away from our biggest, best event of the year–the 29th Annual Good Times Celebration Barbecue Cook-Off happening on Thursday, October 2nd at the Tri-State Fairgrounds.

 

If your business wants to have a presence at this event with a cooking team, we have a limited number of spaces available. Keep in mind, this event is not for simply handing out promotional materials, selling items, or exhibiting like at a tradeshow. Each cooking team / sponsor must either cook food or provide food to serve the crowd of nearly 10,000 people. The team space also has size restrictions, so all aspects of your cooker, equipment, staff, prep-tent, etc. must fit within the space. We have space for 1 Silver Sponsorship and 2 Bronze Sponsorships. Below are the specifics of what is included in either sponsorship package.

$2,000 PACKAGE (Silver Sponsor)

  • Pod of 6 Parking Spaces (27′ x 36′)
  • 10 wristbands for the cook team on Wednesday
  • 20 additional admission wristbands to Team Night on Wednesday
  • 5 wristbands for the cook team on Thursday
  • 30 tickets to the Barbecue on Thursday
  • Opportunity to bring 1 corporate banner

$1,400 PACKAGE (Bronze Sponsor)

  • Pod of 4 Parking Spaces (18′ x 36′)
  • 10 wristbands for the cook team on Wednesday
  • 10 additional admission wristbands to Team Night on Wednesday
  • 5 wristbands for the cook team on Thursday
  • 15 tickets to the Barbecue on Thursday

Please note, submitting the form is no guarantee of participation as space will be assigned in order of applications and payment received.
