Music from Broadway’s Rock of Ages Band
to headline Amarillo Civic Center Jan. 25
For more than six years they rocked Broadway and
millions of fans, in the five-time Tony Award-nomi-
nated musical “Rock of Ages.” Now, Broadway’s Rock
of Ages Band is bringing the music of the hit show to
venues across the country. Featuring an all-star en-
semble, the show will hit the stage at the Amarillo
Civic Center on Saturday, Jan. 25.
During these electrifying tour shows, audiences
will rock out to the greatest hits from the ’80s with
songs by such bands as Bon Jovi, Whitesnake, For-
eigner, Journey, Poison, Twisted Sister, Joan Jett,
Styx, Pat Benatar and many more.
Broadway’s Rock of Ages Band includes original
Broadway cast members Dan Domenech (vocals –
also “Kinky Boots” from Broadway and “Glee” and
“Gotham” from TV);Josephine Rose Roberts (vocals
– also “Rock Of Ages” from Toronto, “Cats” the 25th
Anniversary Tour, and “The Electric Company” and
“Paw Patrol” from TV);Joel Hoekstra (guitar – Whi-
tesnake, TSO, Cher, Night Ranger, Foreigner, Brett
Michaels); Tommy Kessler (guitar – Blondie); Win-
ston Roye (bass – “Tina Turner Musical” on Broadway
as well as performing with Soul Asylum, Shakira,
Lauren Hill and Jewel); Jonathan Ivie (keys – “Lost In
Love” and “Americano” from off-Broadway as well as
with Air Supply); Jon Weber (drums – “Hedwig & The
Angry Inch” on Broadway, “Love, Janis” off-Broad-
