A Space for Healing: Hold space for loved ones on National Grief Awareness Day. Founded to break the taboo surrounding loss, today reminds us that grief isn’t something to “get over,” but a journey to navigate with patience and compassion. Reach out to a friend who is grieving, listen without trying to fix, and honor the memories of those we miss.
If YOU’RE grieving, know it’s ok to grieve, no matter the amount of time it’s been. Be kind to yourself. Get some rest and relieve the GOOD memories of those you miss. Do something positive so you take care of your precious self. Find joy always. Joy really is around you; seek and you will find.
