- National Selfirst Day! Today marks a vital, empowering reminder that putting your own physical, mental, and emotional health first is not selfish—it is necessary. National Selfirst Day encourages us to set healthy boundaries, practice saying “no” without guilt, and prioritize the rest or therapy needed to recharge. When you invest in your own well-being first, you build the foundation to show up more fully for everything else! This day is for taking good care of yourself, not being selfish!
