Sod Poodles Fundraiser to Benefit Panhandle Breast Health

Amarillo – Join Panhandle Breast Health (PBH) for a night of baseball and community impact as the Amarillo Sod Poodles take on the Arkansas Travelers on Saturday, June 28, at Hodgetown Stadium. Game time is 7:05 p.m. and tickets are $27.60 per person.

“Our need for funding continues to grow as more people in our region seek breast cancer screenings through our program,” said Judy Neill, executive director of PBH. “This is a fun and easy way for families to support a serious cause while enjoying a night at the ballpark.”

In 2025 alone, PBH has already funded 81 procedures and received more than 115 screening applications representing a sharp increase from previous years. Events like this one make it possible to meet rising demand and expand access to early detection.

Panhandle Breast Health is a nonprofit organization providing breast cancer screenings to uninsured residents of the Texas Panhandle and breast health education to everyone.
